Our “Chalet Amstel”, as the name suggests, is located next to the Amstel. This unique chalet is located on a short distance from the other apartments, and is suited for up to 5 guests. The large garden is surrounded by a large hedge and offers a lot of privacy. The French doors in the living room provide access to the large terrace, with a wide view over the Amstel.
Chalet Amstel has a surface area of around 60 m² and offers:
- 1 bedroom with a very fine and comfortable double box-spring/divan bed (1,40 m), made at your arrival. In the living room, there is space for another 2 persons on a comfortable sofa bed (which can be turned into a bed within a few seconds). In case a fifth guest wants to stay overnight, this is possible on an additional folding bed in the living room or bedroom (additional costs: € 5 per night)
- a bathroom with a toilet and a shower
- a living room with double doors, giving access to a large garden, situated directly next to the river Amstel
- a terrace with a wonderful view on the Amstel and luxurious garden furniture
- a flatscreen television, stereo and cd player in the living room
- free wi-fi
- an open kitchen with a refrigerator, an electrical hob (4 rings), dishwasher, microwave oven, pots, pans, oven trays, cutlery, crockery, Senseo coffee machine, water heater and vacuum cleaner
- facilities for (small) children: high chair, campsite bed, indoor and outdoor toys, such as games, pedal boat, large go-karts, fishing rods, petting zoo and hayloft
Additional facilities:
- bathroom set (towel and guest towel rent) € 5 per set
- on the waterfront, there is a small mesh fence, which however is not safe enough to keep children away from the water. We optionally offer free swim jackets
- guests staying at Huis ter Lucht overnight get a 20% discount on our boat rental
- smoking is not allowed
- final cleaning costs € 50
- pets are not allowed
