Relax and enjoy the wonderful rural surroundings of our new apartments. From the apartment, you have an exciting view on the lands and the river Amstel. From your own terrace, you experience the farm life, with cows, farmland birds and ditch sides all nearby.
The spacious apartments have an open kitchen, a surface area of around 85 square meters and all kinds of amenities. The apartments are also suited for larger families and children (up to 9 persons). For children, there are all kinds of entertainment available, such as go-karts and trampolines.
To provide you with as much comfort as possible, our apartments offer you:
- 4 premium box-spring/divan beds of 210 cm
- one luxurious double sofa bed
- the possibility to add additional folding beds
- underfloor heating in the living room, the hallway, the kitchen and the bathroom
- a spacious and comfortable bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a double wash basin
- a cosy living room with a flatscreen television
- free wi-fi
- insect screens on all doors and windows
- blackout blinds in all bedrooms
- a living room with double doors, giving access to a terrace (around 4 x 4 m)
- a terrace with luxurious garden furniture
- an open kitchen with dishwasher, refridgerator/freezer, ceramic hob (4 rings), microwave oven, pots, pans, oven trays, cutlery, crockery, Senseo coffee machine, water heater, vacuum cleaner etc.
- facilities for (small) children: high chair, campsite bed (1 of both per apartment as standard), stair gate at the top of the stairs, lots of indoor and outdoor toys, such as games, pedal boat, large go-karts, slide, swing, fishing rods, petting zoo and hayloft
Additional facilities:
- with more than five guests, for each additional guest € 5 will be charged
- baby beds for children from 0 to 3 years are available at € 10 per stay
- bathroom set (towel and guest towel rent) € 5 per set
- guests staying at Huis ter Lucht overnight get a 20% discount on our boat rental
- smoking is not allowed
- final cleaning costs € 50
