Chalet Amstel offers a unique stay right on the river Amstel. The chalet offers privacy and is suitable for max. 4 persons. Possible by the central position many day trips such as a city, museum visit or a relaxing beach day.

Our "Chalet Amstel" is as the name suggests, right on the river Amstel. This unique chalet is located a short distance from the other apartments and can accommodate up to 4 people. The large garden is surrounded by a high hedge and very private. The French doors in living room give you access to the large terrace with stunning views over the Amstel River.
Amstel chalet has a floor area of approximately 60 m2 and includes:
-1 bedroom with 1 wonderfully comfortable boxspring hotel bed (1.40m) which is made up on your arrival. In the living room could possibly 2 people sleep on the wonderfully comfortable sofa bed (in a few seconds and fold out into a bed).
- a bathroom with toilet and shower
- a living room with double doors to a large garden right on the Amstel river with stunning views over the River Amstel
- terrace with luxurious furniture
- the living room has a TV, stereo and CD player
- an open kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove (4 rings), dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, casserole dishes, cutlery, crockery, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and vacuum cleaner
- facilities for (small) children: high chair, cot, indoor and outdoor toys such as games, pedal boat, large carts, fishing rods, animal pasture and hay loft

- along the waterfront is a mesh lining, this is not enough to keep children safe off the water. We have free swimjackets available

Indien een reservering (gedeeltelijk) wordt geannuleerd, zijn annuleringskosten verschuldigd. Deze kosten bedragen altijd 25 euro administratiekosten. Bij annulering vanaf de 6e week tot 28 dagen voor de dag van aankomst bedragen de annuleringskosten 50% van de totale kosten/overeengekomen huurprijs. Bij annulering binnen 28 dagen voor de dag van aankomst of later zijn de kosten 100% van de totale kosten/overeengekomen huurprijs. U kunt zich tegen dit risico verzekeren door tegelijk met uw reservering een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten. Indien u binnen 24 uur na de overeengekomen datum zonder nadere kennisgeving niet bent gearriveerd, wordt dit beschouwd als een annulering.
